Andreas Moritz, German herbalist says the process encourages weight loss and boiled water. Put water to cook for 15 minutes and remove it to cool.
Drink the lukewarm, and certainly not hot, since the introduction of hot drinks or food is not at all healthy. So, wait for it to cool and become lukewarm and then drink. It can work for several days.
