She made a perfect weight loss drink using lemon, ginger and garlic that burned all fat around her waist line.
How she prepared this lemon and ginger water
She took 3 medium sized lemons and cut them in four pieces each.
Then she peeled of 10 gram of ginger root and 4 cloves of garlic.
Then she mixed these ingredients together and grind them to make a fine paste.
Now take 2 liters of clean water and and mixed the paste in this water.
Now put this on a stove to boil.
Once this mix is boiled, let it simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat then turn off the stove.
Allow the mix to cool.
Drink 1 glass of this mixture, when your stomach is completely empty.
Eat a normal, healthy breakfast, and then take another 16 grams before each meal during the day.
Since this is a completely natural treatment, there is no danger of taking too much.
