Follow this diet to lose fat in just 1 day
- 8 am – Drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice.
- 10 am – Drink a glass of water with orange or apple juice.
- 12 am – Take a cup of green tea.
- 1 pm – Take a glass of cold water with carrot juice.
- 3 pm– Drink a cup of tea of your choice.
- 5 pm– Drink a glass of natural juice of your preference.
- 7 pm– Drink another cup of green tea.
- 9 pm– Drink a glass of water with grapefruit juice.
- 10 pm– Finish the diet plan with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice, the same way you started it
