Follow this diet to lose fat in just 1 day

  1. 8 am – Drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice.
  2. 10 am – Drink a glass of water with orange or apple juice.
  3. 12 am – Take a cup of green tea.
  4. pm – Take a glass of cold water with carrot juice.
  5. 3 pm– Drink a cup of tea of your choice.
  6. 5 pm Drink a glass of natural juice of your preference.
  7. 7 pm– Drink another cup of green tea.
  8. 9 pm Drink a glass of water with grapefruit juice.
  9. 10 pm Finish the diet plan with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice, the same way you started it
