Ingredients :

  1. Fresh Tulsi leaves (Basil) – 4 to 5
  2. Fresh Mint Leaves – 5 to 6
  3. Finely chopped ginger
  4. Green tea leaves
  5. Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (optional)

Directions :

  1. In a stainless steel or a glass pot, boil about 2 cups of water
  2. Now add some finely chopped ginger
  3. Turn off the flame after 1 to 2 minutes
  4. Now add Basil Leaves & Mint Leaves
  5. Add few green tea leaves and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  6. Cover the bowl with a lid
  7. Now filter the tea and consume when it is hot
  8. Make sure you don’t consume it too hot
  9. For best results of weight loss have this drink about 2 to 3 times a day
  10. Recommended timing of having this drink is once in the morning, once after the lunch and once after the dinner.
